The much-anticipated exhibition, Journey of the Mind, made its inspiring arrival at Cromwell Place, offering visitors an immersive journey towards a life of purpose and connection.

Although the exhibition has come to an end, your journey has just begun. Here are some tips on maintaining a resilient and clear mind:

Self-reflection: take a few minutes out each day to check in on your mind, use the self-reflection guide in the exhibition brochure and start noting your thoughts. The simple act of writing your thoughts down will help to increase awareness and understand yourself better.

Simran: remind yourself of the technique and try to incorporate Simran into your daily routine to help eliminate your thoughts.
