For Stress Awareness Month, we’re inviting you to press pause on the daily rush and enter a space of REST, designed to help you clear your mind, boost your mood and reset – no screens, no noise, no distractions.
WHAT’S HAPPENING:
1. UNPLUG
Switch your phone to silent and set it aside. Find a cosy corner, grab a warm drink and enjoy a rare moment of real presence and uninterrupted time.
2. DAILY GUIDED SIMRAN SESSIONS
A grounding practice of stillness and deep listening that brings clarity and resilience into everyday life.
Sessions run at 12:30pm, 1pm and 5:30pm. Limited slots available – book here.
3. CREATIVE CORNER
Bring your favourite offline hobby – be it sketching, knitting, doodling, collaging, origami, embroidery, lego, potato printing – or try something new with the supplies we provide.
4. PERSONAL CONNECTION
Connect with like-minded people or enjoy shared silence, whatever feels right for you. Either way, leave work-talk and gossip at the door. Your mind will thank you.
Drop in for an hour or stay for six – no booking required for the general space, only for guided Simran sessions.
