Deeper @ Friday Late, V&A

The original contemporary late-night event. Friday Late celebrates all aspects of contemporary visual culture and design in society, bringing audiences together with leading and emerging artists and designers through live performance, film, installation, debate, and more.

Follow the rhythm to set inward travel in motion. Vocalist Roba El-Essawy (aka MidnightRoba) and musician Miles Spilsbury will play in response to Simran (a focused practice for the mind) by Charanjot Kaur - activating an immersive soundscape that evokes a state of peace and clarity. Sit back and enjoy or participate.

The event will also feature a talk by the artist Nirbhai (Nep) Singh Sidhu and curator Deep K Kailey of Unstruck Melody, who discuss Simran, Seva (selfless service) and Sangat (community of practice) which centres their practice.
