TICKETING AND OPENING TIMES
without SHAPE without FORM HQ welcomes all visitors free of charge, with no advance booking required.
Within HQ, you will find two galleries alongside two dedicated learning spaces. Clear signage throughout the building will help you find your way between these areas.

OPENING HOURS
Wednesday to Saturday, 12–6pm
First Thursday of each month, open until 8pm
For a quieter experience, weekday early afternoon are often the calmest time to visit.

BY TRAIN OR TUBE
The nearest main line station to without SHAPE without FORM HQ is Slough Railway Station, served by the Elizabeth Line and Great Western Railway services.
From the station, it is approximately a 5-minute taxi ride or a 30-minute walk to without SHAPE without FORM HQ.
BY BUS
Several local buses stop just a 1-2 minute walk from without SHAPE without FORM HQ.
Routes 4, 5, 6, 7, 58 and others stop on Bath Road.
There are step-free routes throughout the building and the entrance is fully accessible to wheelchair users and visitors with mobility needs. If you require assistance when arriving, a member of our team will be happy to help you.

Seating is available in the reception if you would like to rest before or after your visit.
The layout of the gallery has been designed with clear navigation and open spaces to accommodate wheelchairs and prams.
Exhibition text is positioned at an accessible height and is designed with legibility in mind.
Accessibility information is displayed near the reception, sharing useful details for you to make the most of your visit.
There is a range of artwork on display, including sculptures, paintings, films and installations. Look out for the symbols indicating the objects and artworks that can be touched.
QR codes around the exhibition link to British Sign Language (BSL) tours or audio guides, that you can watch or listen to on your phone or tablet.
Large-print guides are available for visitors who prefer or need bigger text.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout without SHAPE without FORM HQ to support this.
TOILETS
Toilets are located close to the reception.
There is an accessible toilet available for those who need extra space.
Each cubicle is private and includes its own sink and hand dryer.
Please be aware that the hand dryers may be loud.
SEATING
You will find different types of seating throughout without SHAPE without FORM HQ.
Portable stools are available near the accessibility information board if you would like to carry one with you.
You are welcome to pause and sit whenever you need.
ASSISTANCE DOGS
Assistance dogs are welcome throughout all gallery spaces. Please note that no other animals are permitted inside the gallery.

Our team is always on hand to make your visit smooth and enjoyable.
You will find them around the without SHAPE without FORM HQ – easily identified by their black and white uniforms.
